  • Depending on the role, yes. Our projects take place across Manitoba, Ontario, and beyond. Regular out-of-town travel is a requirement for field roles, and we provide out-of-town pay to compensate for your time away from home.

  • Our field teams typically work 10-hour days outdoors. You’ll be part of a close-knit crew, responsible for tasks like inspecting vehicles, loading equipment, and installing helical piles to high engineering standards.

  • Construction is fast-paced, so yes we work in a range of weather conditions. Since we provide critical foundations for the energy and utility sectors, our crews must be ready to work in all weather conditions.
